Your time is valuable – so is ours. At Rinaez Beauty, we are dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services in a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. To ensure every client enjoys the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to review our detailed salon policies below.

Appointments & Booking
​
Appointments can be conveniently booked online through our website, by phone, or by visiting our salon in person.
For some treatments or new clients, a consultation may be necessary prior to booking to ensure we provide the most suitable service tailored to your needs.
We recommend booking your next appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
​
We understand that life happens! Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations/rescheduling made within 48 hours will incur a £10 cancellation fee to cover the reserved time.

Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Frequent late cancellations or last-minute reschedules will result in deposits being required for all future appointments.

No-Shows
Failure to attend a booked appointment without any notification (“no-show”) will result in a charge of 50% of the service price.
After two no-shows, all future bookings will require full prepayment in advance.
Persistent no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or removal from our client list to ensure fairness to other clients and the salon team.

Late Arrivals
​
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened or rescheduled, and the full price of the booked service will still apply.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, this may not always be possible due to back to back appointments.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment or redeemed online during booking.
They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted and all appointments should be booked before expiry date.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Please keep them safe.

Health & Consultations
​
Your health and safety are our priority. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
Certain treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment (e.g. tinting services, eyelash extensions, hair colouring services). We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
Please notify us if you are pregnant or nursing, as some treatments may not be suitable.

Clients Under 18
​
Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit.
Some treatments may not be available for clients under 18 due to legal or safety restrictions.
For clients aged 16–18, parental consent may be required for certain services. Please contact us for details.

Communication & Reminders
​
We send appointment reminders and booking confirmations via SMS and email to help you stay on track.

Please note that messages sent via social media platforms may not be monitored as frequently.

Privacy & Data Protection
We are fully compliant with GDPR regulations and take your privacy seriously.
Your personal information is only used to manage your appointments and communicate relevant salon updates.
We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Hygiene & Safety
​
Rinaez Beauty adheres to strict hygiene protocols to ensure your safety, including thorough sterilization of all tools and equipment after every use.
Our salon follows all current health and safety regulations and best practices. If you feel unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of yourself, other clients, and staff.

Payments
​
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments for your convenience.
Full payment is required at the conclusion of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Deposits made at the time of booking will be deducted from your final bill.
Any additional services requested during the appointment must be paid for on the day.

Respect & Conduct
We strive to maintain a friendly and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our team and other guests.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
