Kindly avoid calling and message the details requested. If a telephone consultation is desired, please request a consultation within your message and a suitable time and day will be arranged for you.

All bookings are confirmed via a deposit. Deposit are paid via bank transfer, details are sent with your booking quote via text or Whatsapp messaging. The deposit is deducted upon completion of the booking. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. To make a new booking or to change a date, a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. 

We no longer travel for single person bookings. We offer clients to come to us instead at a discounted rate.  Locations which are beyond 3 miles and more, will be charged a travel fee of £0.60p a mile. Upon receiving your postcode, we provide you with an accurate quote if your booking incurs a travel fee.  

Our booking times are from 08:00am - 7:00pm. However because we love what we do, we do take bookings before and after this time for an additional cost of £15. When we receive your enquiry we will add this to the quote. 

As much as we appreciate some brides do not like to have a bridal look due to the misconception that bridal service means heavy makeup and over the top hairstyles, this is far from the truth. Like our party services, we offer packages for our brides to choose from. From soft glam to ultra glam look, we customise to our brides desires. Therefore we do not offer non bridal packages for bridal events. We offer trials for makeup and hair so you can see if the makeup package you choose is the right one for you. The booking will be terminated if a non bridal service is booked for a bride and any outstanding balance will need to be cleared immediately.
